Blue Beach Avenue Corporation intends on completing the development over the next three years. Once the construction is completed, there will be 1,044 hotel rooms, 120 one bedroom condominium villas (754 sq. ft.), 144 two bedroom condominium villas (1,292 sq. ft.), 1,800 parking spaces, a variety of retail shops and services, ten themed restaurants, a variety of upscale bistro type restaurants, a conference facility, a full service spa, an indoor amusement park, a bowling alley and a variety of other exciting activities all at the waters edge. In order to ensure a safe environment for guests, the existing street that separates the beach from the strip will be closed and made into a pedestrian walkway.
